This exit sign globe is larger than the others Ive seen. The sides on most are about 6 long but the sides on this one are about 7 1/2 inches long.

This globe fits the same size fixture as the others, with a 3 fitting hole. The word exit is oriented to be read when the globe is affixed to a WALL mounted fixture.
